A few months ago, AFGE-NVAC received a great second win from Arbitrator Donald Wasserman in the arbitration case involving Saturday Premium Pay for all VHA employees. In his decision, Arbitrator Wasserman determined that VA had discriminated against VA employees and ordered VA to take numerous steps to rectify its failure to comply with his February 2005 order, including meeting with AFGE-NVAC in all pre-decisional matters. However, VA filed exceptions with Arbitrator Wasserman.
